As fighter pilots, Jeff “Odie” Espenship and Wes “Dahmer” Sharp know
what it takes to lead others who operate in high risk and often
dangerous work environments. Our tag-team, multi-media, customized,
educational keynote will relate directly to every “fighter pilot” in
the audience.
Odie will set the stage. Dahmer will bring it home with his riveting reenactment of his midair collision with another F-18 jet. The root cause? Human Behavior—Pressure to Perform! One of the few to ever survive an actual midair collision, Dahmer is alive today to share the same lessons that he and his wingman (work mate) learned that fateful day. Dahmer will teach valuable lessons in on the job human behaviors.
